Dr. Flores has spent a decade-and-a-half working in biotech startups. Prior experience included designing, developing and commercializing products that secured millions of dollars in investment and FDA approval. His professional journey began after receiving a doctorate in engineering from the University of Florida, where he gathered a wide breadth of knowledge on magnetics, ferroelectrics, electromagnets and nanoparticle fabrication. He continued forward into startup R&D, production management, biocompatibility selection and analysis, clinical study advisement, pharma engagement and product commercialization analysis.
